Ingredients

balsamic vinegar
¼

olive oil
(or extra virgin olive oil)

honey

salt

black pepper

dijon mustard

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or an airtight container like a mason jar. Mix them together really well or shake the sealed mason jar.
Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Shake well before serving.
Notes
Tips:
For the best results, use good quality extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
To prevent the oil and vinegar from separating you can use a food processor or blender for the emulsion process.
The olive oil may solidify in the cold fridge. Run the outside of the jar under warm water until it liquifies again.
Storage:
Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
