Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until it becomes frothy.
Add the cashews, seasoning, and honey to the bowl. Stir until the cashews are well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
If using roasted cashews: Bake for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. If using raw cashews: Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.Keep an eye on them to prevent them from burning.
Remove the cashews from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.

Storage: To keep your everything bagel seasoned cashews fresh, allow them to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Store them at room temperature for up to a week.
Freezing: If you make a large batch, you can also keep them in the freezer, which helps maintain that just-roasted taste for longer.
