Instructions
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
Melt the butter and stir in the ranch seasoning packets.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle ¼ of the melted butter mixture over the snacks and stir to evenly coat. Add another ¼ of the butter mixture and mix again. Continue until all of the butter mixture has been drizzled over the snacks.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a large roasting pan or two baking sheets.
Bake on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally to promote even toasting.
Cool the snack mix completely after removing it from the oven, then store in an airtight container or a ziplock bag for freshness.
Notes
Tips: Unsalted butter is a must for this recipe. Most of the snack foods are already salted and the ranch seasoning has salt too. You don't want the mix to be too salty.Storage: Once the snack mix as cooled, you can store it in an air-tight container for up to one week.
