EYE OF ROUND ROAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Remove any silver skin, mix the salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl, and cover the roast in olive oil and then rub the seasonings all over it.

Brown the roast on all sides, ending with the fat side.

Place the roast in the oven. The fast roast will take about 1 hour and the slow roast will be closer to 4 hours. An instant read thermometer will ensure it is cooked perfectly.

Use the drippings to make a delicious gravy.
