Equipment
- 1 air fryer (I use the Ninja Foodi Grill)
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
To Serve (optional)
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce
- onion
- tomato
- pickles
- ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375° Fahrenheit.
- While it is preheating, form the the ground beef into 4 equal sized patties.
- Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper on the top and bottom of the burger patties.
- Put them in the preheated air fryer basket (you may have to do two batches depending on the size of your basket).
- Air fry for 4 minutes. Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Check to see if the hamburgers are done to your liking. (Time may vary based on your model of air fryer and how thick the burgers are.)
- Place the cheese on top (optional) and air fry for an additional 30 seconds.
